Our products are unique in the marketplace. With an eye on style, we aim to enhance the enjoyment of doll collectors and knitters alike. Our designer researches current fashion trends and retro styles in much the same way that women's wear designers do to create contemporary styles for popular fashion dolls. We assemble the best materials available and work hard at editing our patterns so that they are easy to follow. To insure that our customers achieve a positive result, we offer personal assistance and invite comments.

Our Policies
We offer secured online ordering with Visa, Mastercard and Discover. To order by mail, make your selections using the shopping cart system, just as you would for a credit card order. Just before you are asked for your credit card number, the system will give you the option of printing out your order and mailing it in to The Scotty Maloney Company, 2413 Kery Drive, Greensboro, NC 27408, attention Order Department. You may send a personal check or money order. Do not send cash. Be sure and include shipping charges. We do not offer 24 hour phone ordering at this time, but you may call us with your credit card order or contact us at 1-336-282-6636. We will respond within 24 hours.
Orders are shipped within 10 days unless an item is out of stock. We will notify you of any delay. If we are out of a particular color, we will contact you to ask if a substitution can be made.
Return requests must be made within 30 days. To obtain a return authorization, email, snailmail or call. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Damaged or incorrect merchandise will be replaced free of additional shipping charges. Customer pays return shipping on other returns. Returned kits must be complete. We do not accept returns of partially worked kits.
Dolls
We do not manufacture or sell dolls and are not affiliated with any companies that do. To purchase or obtain information about the many dolls that can wear our 11.5" and 15-16" styles, check out the doll links on our Links Page or contact your local toy and doll shops.
Knitting
We recommend that you have some experience knitting before trying our kits. Our basic kits are easy to knit and make a good second or third project for beginning knitters. Our intermediate and advanced projects require some experience with graphed designs and cables. Most knitters adjust to the small needles easily.
